Magic in Every Moment!
The Oxford Dictionary defines mindfulness as:
"a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting ones feeling, thoughts, and bodily sensations used as a therapeutic technique."
Is that really necessary? Well, why not? If we acknowledge the need for physical exams, performance reviews, even spring cleaning...why don't we make it just as important to check in with our inner selves?
